India is moving to outlaw the practice of "triple talaq", which allows men to divorce their wives by saying "talaq" three times. According to it, giving instant talaq would attract a jail term of three years and a fine. # The proposed law will make "Triple Talaq" a cognisable offence and a woman will not need to approach court. There is provision for subsistence allowance from the husband for the livelihood and daily supporting needs of the wife as also of the dependent children. (more...)

Prior to the incident with Sano she would get hit on by the first base coach at every game she worked. The Minnesota Twins responded to the allegations with a tweet, saying they are aware of the incident. In upstate NY, family and friends are mourning the deaths of Shanta Myers , 36, her 11-year-old son Jeremiah, her 5-year-old daughter Shanise, and Myers' 22-year-old girlfriend, Brandi Mells. "I said: 'You know how to make spaghetti?' She said: 'Yes I know how to make spaghetti, I have the recipe!'"
