Officer Randall Hancock was shot multiple times as he responded to a 911 call about a auto break-in outside the Three Oaks Apartments just after 8 a.m. At the Black Lives Matter demonstration in Dallas, a sniper ambushed police officers, killing at least 5 and wounding 7 others.
