Chessy Prout , who was sexually assaulted on campus at New Hampshire's St. Paul's School , spoke out for the first time Tuesday. Owen Labrie, accused of rape in a senior ritual at the school, was convicted of misdemeanor charges. Yet upon returning, Prout told of the on-campus atmosphere being hostile, with upperclassmen boys refused to talk to her and school officials, according to Prout taking the situation lightly. The survey of 501 voters had a margin of error of 4.4 percentage points. US Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Bangladesh on Monday for talks with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on tackling local Islamist extremists following a wave of deadly attacks. Kerry rejected that criticism, saying he does not believe that "the government of a Bangladesh has its head in the sand". Ortiz said he asked the man to sit down while he spoke to the conductor, but that he walked down the platform and jumped onto the tracks, saying he didn't want to go to jail. Ortiz radioed about the approaching train and tried to lead the man out of the way, but he resisted. On Sunday, the New Jersey Transit Police Department issued a statementt calling Ortiz a hero. Thick black smoke was seen coming from the laboratories at about 3am this morning and residents reported hearing a loud blast sparking fears of a bomb blast. Eyewitnesses report seeing thick black smoke - with at least 30 firefighters were involved in bringing the blaze under control. Lesufi received a petition from Pretoria Girls' High learners which raises allegations of systematic racism and intimidation at the school. The bus driver, identified as 37-year-old Denis Amaya Rodriguez, was in custody on suspicion of multiple violations, NBC News reported, citing Louisiana State Police spokeswoman Melissa Matey. A local ambulance company said on Twitter it had transported 38 people to hospitals from the scene of the accident on Interstate 10 near the community of Laplace, about 25 miles (40 km) northwest of New Orleans .
