Marion police are investigating after a fatal shooting at Hop's Blues Room on South McClure Street. Upon arrival, police found Roger Randolph with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. Roger was charged previous year with OWI, the IN equivalent of driving under the influence. Our thoughts are with the Randolph family.
