Before this can happen however, SpaceX has just hosted the first competition to test a number of Hyperloop pod designs from universities from different parts of the world. While the Munich team was recognized for having the fastest pod, the Delft team had the best overall score. U.S. Central Command announced Sunday that the casualties were sustained in an operation against al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula. Anwar al-Awlaki's eight-year-old granddaughter may have been among those killed as well, per the AP . There have been varying reports about whether Port Tampa Bay was planning to enter into an agreement with the country after the Cuban delegation visits on February 1 and 2. The Tweets came after news that Port of Palm Beach and Port Everglades would be signing memoranda of understanding this week. The Cubans are in New Orleans on Wednesday, after visiting Texas earlier in the week, and will travel next to Port Everglades for a meeting with cruise line executives. (more...)

They found some in an ancient seafloor along the Lynna River in Russian Federation that are roughly a million years older than the asteroid explosion. At the moment, we seem to experiencing a fairly heavy rain of rocky meteorites called ordinary chondrites, which are distinguished by the presence of drop-like structures embedded in their bodies. The NASA astronauts who fly aboard Boeing's new spaceship will wear sleek, blue suits that are lighter, simpler and more comfortable than the bulky orange gear of the space shuttle era, company representatives said.
