On Monday, EU erased RAFC from the terrorist organization's list and the American Government promised the Colombian Government a $390 million dollars aid for the next year, in order to support the peace process. The deal, approved by almost 200 countries in Paris last December, aims to cut greenhouse gas emissions by shifting away from fossil fuels to limit global warming to "well below" 2C compared to pre-industrial times. US health officials issued a Zika virus travel warning on Thursday, recommending that pregnant women consider postponing nonessential travel to 11 counties in Southeast Asia . There were also three separate reports published in two journals addressing the possibility of developing a vaccine for Zika virus.
