Dennis DeVoe , who died Saturday when his vehicle was struck by an alleged drunken driver while responding to a fire in Harrisburg. Earlier this week the World Health Organization said that the outbreak was expanding toward Brazil's Atlantic coast to an area that hadn't been at risk for yellow fever before.
