The Saudi-led coalition had been named on the blacklist previous year after the United Nations report blamed it for 60 percent of child deaths and injuries in Yemen in 2015 and half the attacks on schools and hospital. It declined to comment on the findings in the draft report for 2016. Bonnie Jones, chairperson of the Bark for Life. As the survivors pass by, clapping and celebrating to the upbeat music, the memories of all those lost over the years surfaces, too. The ceremony is followed by the survivor lap, a lap for all cancer survivors and people now being affected by cancer. Numerous attendees commented that they felt the Depot Street location also gave the Relay a more intimate feel, rather than the wide-open space at the GMS track. (more...)
