Snow storm shuts down Denver's airport

Scott Walker declared a state of emergency as the storm approached his state. "I nearly never have problems flying, and I've been flying since I was a kid", he said, while waiting at Grand Junction's airport for a ride. The storm was hitting the eastern, flat halves of Colorado and Wyoming, shutting down Interstate 70 from near the Denver airport to the Kansas border, closing a 500-mile stretch of Interstate 80 in Wyoming into Nebraska as well as Interstate 25 in northern Colorado and Wyoming. The revised Marriott cash-and-stock bid values Starwood at $13.6 billion (12.1 billion euros), compared to $13.2 billion in Anbang's latest bid. The merger would combine Marriott's more than 4,400 properties worldwide, with a portfolio of brands including The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott and Gaylord Hotels , with Starwood's 1,270 properties in 100 countries and the Sheraton, Westin and W brands among others. Oil prices rose on Wednesday following announcement that producers will meet next month in Qatar to discuss a proposal to freeze output as USA crude production declines. Russia's Energy Minister, Alexander Novak , explained on Monday that they may even reach a deal without Iran . United States crude stockpiles continuing to hit new records and Iran showing little interest in joining such a freeze, analysts expect no fundamental change to the glut in the near future. (more...)

Athletes are constantly having to comb store shelves for shoes that fit their feet right. The new shoe was unveiled by  Nike  CEO Mark Parker, along with a raft of other technologies. If reviews are any guide, they're a mixed bag. The company said that the HyperAdapt uses a "more technical, sport version" of the self-tying mechanism. (more...)

However, YouTube channel Emergency Awesome theorized that three post-credit scenes could set up the new "Spider-Man 2017" film for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which is fitting considering Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland) will debut first in " Civil War ". While T-Mobile's controversial service garnered critics such as Google, other video providers have been quick to accept the provider's business model. More than 50 video services are now available on Binge On , accounting for more than 70% of all videos that T-Mobile users watch. Al-Sada said that to date, around 15 OPEC and non-OPEC countries, accounting for about73 percent of the global output support the oil freeze initiative. USA crude was up 65 cents at $39.11 a barrel at 0452 GMT, having earlier risen as high as $39.38.
