The greenback gained as Yellen said said the case to raise interest rates is getting stronger as the USA economy approaches the central bank's goals in a speech in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The greenback hit 1-week highs against the euro and yen and was last up 0.5% at $95.232 versus a basket of major currencies. Oil prices seemed to stabilize despite reports of Yemeni missiles hitting Saudi Arabia's oil facilities. (more...)

Mueller, a 25-year-old aid worker, spent 18 months in ISIS captivity, including a stint as a sex slave to ISIS's so-called Caliph Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. The FAA by mid-afternoon did not have the number of delayed flights and was investigating the source of the commercial power outage, Bergen said. Jefferies analysts said the court decision increases the probability of a launch of generic Copaxone by 2018. If their performance is unsuitable for federal prisoners under the Bureau of Prisons' jurisdiction, what makes them suitable for prisoners under other jurisdictions?
