The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, which organises Hollywood's annual Oscar awards ceremony, has pledged to double its membership of women and minorities by 2020. While Lee is glad the Academy is taking steps in the right direction, he still won't attend the award ceremony this year. The same standards will be applied retroactively to current members. Entertainment Weekly confirmed on Sunday that David Bowie's freaky and beloved film would be rebooted by Nicole, who penned the smash hit blockbuster Guardians Of The Galaxy, along with TriStar Pictures and The Jim Henson Company.
