"When Stormy realized that the show's producers were trying to produce a certain result, and she wasn't going to be free to be herself as planned, she withdrew", Clifford's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, told NBC News.

She was said to be unhappy that producers had prepared a special White House set, in which she was to be the "President".

"You think you've seen a storm?"

The adult film star, whose accusations of an affair with Donald Trump have dogged the USA president, was due to appear as the high-profile guest star on the long-running reality TV series.

Her departure has apparently left producers particularly red-faced as the Celebrity Big Brother launch show set had been created to reference the 39-year-old's alleged affair with the President.

Asked whether anyone else in the United States had paid Daniels not to appear on the show, Moore said she had told her it was "not about money".

"We had her, she changed her mind and she went".

Moore also said that Daniels said money was nothing to do with what happened with CBB and said that any money she would have received would have gone to charity.

Sources report that Ms Daniels was enraged that her controversial claims that she slept with US President Donald Trump were to dominate the series.

"They are spreading a false rumour".

Jane Moore, the Loose Women panellist who met Miss Daniels before the programme, said: 'All she wants to say is there was a custody development - she showed me the official email proving that - and she suddenly thought, "I've got this situation, I can't commit".

Stormy Daniels is no longer appearing on Celebrity Big Brother UK.

Moore, who spoke to Daniels off-camera and took a photograph with her, told viewers: "This is her side of the story".

According to Moore, Daniels said "being a mother comes first" and she had no choice but to return to the U.S. and not appear on Celebrity Big Brother. She said being a mother comes first.

'This has caused nothing less than a nightmare and it has cost Channel 5 a fortune'.

However, since then Daniel lawyer issued a statement with a different response and claim the Big Brother producers were responsible for the whole debacle, not his client, calling the squabble for more money "complete bulls**t". "From the outset it was clear something was wrong and once she sat down with the producers all hell broke loose".
