Fahrenheit 11/9 Trailer for Michael Moore’s Trump Takedown

Fahrenheit 11/9: first trailer for Michael Moore's Trump documentary

Michael Moore is giving an early peek at his upcoming Fahrenheit 11/9 with a trailer (see it below). He also warned that unless things change, "Donald Trump Is Gonna Get Us Killed". He began shooting the film past year with the "11/9" in the title referring to the day Trump was declared President of the United States on November 9, 2016. Trump won the presidency by just 77,000 combined votes from those three states.

The doc, which will hold its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in September, is a sort-of sequel to his 2004 film "Fahrenheit 9/11", which took aim at then-U.S. president George W. Bush's use of the September 11 attacks to push his agenda for a war against Iraq.

In terms of calling Trump America's last president, Moore recently spoke to HuffPost about the film, and he said Trump "has no intention of leaving the White House". "That all ends with this movie".

And you don't need a Michael Moore documentary to tell you that; American social and political division is apparent on the nation's news channels which, in unison, have become a cacophany of opinion, spin and argument.

"Our media has no idea what it is up against, he said".

This is actually Moore's second Trump-related documentary over the past two years. This puts us all in grave danger. Moore links Trump's political victory to numerous country's biggest crises and issues, including the rise of white supremacists, as the featured trailer above is highlighted with Moore spraying water from Flint, Michigan on a governor's home, and interviewing survivors of the Parkland shooting. Hope leads people to believe that tax returns, or a pee tape, or the Federal Bureau of Investigation or an adult film star will save the country.

Moore also described Trump as "the last president of the United States".
