After got engaged to Prince Harry in 2017, Markle's style was changed and she adopted a royal look and dressing sense.

Later today, the royal couple will visit the Book of Kells at Trinity College, Croke Park and the EPIC Irish Emigration Museum - where Ms Markle will learn about a number of her Irish ancestors.

Rachel Marks, 19, said the duchess had also been excited about watching the game, confirming she would be tuning in this evening.

Traditionally, members of the royal family are supposed to refrain from showing any political views and are not allowed to vote. The pair of Bernese Mountain dogs owned by the Higgins met Prince Harry and Meghan Markle during their stroll on the grounds.

"You know, one step at a time", Harry said in an interview following the couple's November engagement.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who are now on their first overseas trip as a married couple, were attending a function at the British Ambassador's residence on Tuesday when she allegedly broke a golden rule of royalty: stay out of politics.

While she may have looked right at home outside the church, inside it was a different story, with the Duchess crossing her legs in a major royal blunder.
