Anthony Martial wants Manchester United exit amid widespread interest in France global

Anthony Martial's agent has got some very bad news for Manchester United fans

Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho will allow forward, Anthony Martial leave Old Trafford this summer only if he land a high-quality replacement for the France global.

Tottenham Hotspur fans are desperate to see Daniel Levy make a move for Manchester United's Anthony Martial, after his agent's comments last night.

Martial was one of the most exciting young attackers in Europe when he joined United in an initial £36m move [via the Metro] from Monaco in 2015 and he enjoyed a positive start to life at Old Trafford.

Independent.ie have been told that Tottenham are eager to sign Martial and with United now struggling to find agreement with Spurs in their efforts to sign Belgian centre-back Toby Alderwiereld, the comments from Lamboley could pave the way for a deal that suits both clubs.

Anthony Martial's agent has confirmed that his client wants to leave Manchester United this summer.

The 22-year-old starlet missed out on a place in France's World Cup squad after failing to secure regular first team football in Manchester.

Philippe Lamboley, Martial's representative, issued a stinging rebuke of United by claiming they had not demonstrated they were serious about keeping the player after eight months of protracted negotiations came to nothing. There are many reasons, for the moment it's too early to say.

Phillipe Lamboley, who represents Martial says that talks over a new contract at the Theatre of Dreams have reached an impasse.

"For now it's premature to talk about [why]". I think that when Man United, who are the most powerful club, can not come to an agreement after eight months it is because they really don't want to make him a key player.

"That's why this decision comes in".

"It's important to remember that he is under contract and that Manchester United will have the last word".

"However, we do not have the same vision of Anthony's future".

"But he got hooked and showed great professionalism and was successful".

"I think he has done his best for three years". Everyone will have their opinion, I think he must resume the course of his career.

Martial's future had been under up in the air for a while now.
