WBIE launches LEGO Incredibles game

'With LEGO® The Incredibles, fans can experience the non-stop action from both movies while fighting crime together as a super hero family'.

The latest licensed LEGO video game will let players take control of the animated superhero family The Incredibles.

It's been a while since we've been graced with a new LEGO release by TT Games, so with Disney•Pixar's The Incredibles II movie release coming soon, now is as good a time as any. After a wait of almost 14 years, The Incredibles 2 will arrive in June, but that isn't the only reason to be excited about the ongoing Incredibles franchise.

According to the publisher, players will be able to play as their favorite superheroes from the Pixar franchise, as they go through levels based on both 2004's The Incredibles and its upcoming sequel The Incredibles 2.

Lego The Incredibles will be released in the United Kingdom on July 13, putting it out day and date with the highly anticipated Pixar animated sequel, The Incredibles 2. A LEGO Incredibles game is indeed on the way and set to release this summer. Jack-Jack will also be in the game, but it's now unclear if he will be a playable character as well. From the aforementioned Batman and Star Wars to Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones, you name it, LEGO has created it.

"In The Incredibles 2, Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is called on to lead a campaign to bring Supers back, while Bob (voice of Craig T. Nelson) navigates the day-to-day heroics of "normal" life at home with Violet (voice of Sarah Vowell), Dash (voice of Huck Milner) and baby Jack-Jack-whose superpowers are about to be discovered". Interactive Entertainment, TT Games, The LEGO Group, Disney and Pixar have announced the game LEGO The Incredibles, which will be released on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on June 15.
