YouTube Star Releases Second Apology After Posting Video Of Dead Body

Logan Paul suicide video

There are no official figures for suicides in Aokigahara, primarily because the Japanese government doesn't want to promote the forest as a suicide destination, but more than 500 people are said to have died there since the 1950s.

In the 15 minute vlog, Logan and his friends repeatedly zoom in on the deceased man - whose face is blurred - while saying how "crazy" the situation is.

"Yo, are you alive?"

"A lot of things going through my mind".

Although he was shocked and startled, he continues to film and gets closer to the man's body, noting that his hands are purple and speculating that the man probably killed himself that same day.

Due to the severe backlash Paul received after uploading the video, he posted a statement of apology for his disturbing actions, however, the actress blasted him for the "self-praising" nature of his words and slammed him for "mocking" the suicide victim. This was supposed to be a fun vlog'. In the clip, Paul was heard joking with friends and keeping the camera rolling as they strolled through Aokigahara.

Turner also re-Tweeted a list of support lines for suicide and mental illness.

I'm often reminded of how big of a reach I truly have & with great power comes great responsibility... for the first time in my life I'm regretful to say I handled that power incorrectly.

In his apology, Paul noted that he has posted an edited 15-minute video "EVERY SINGLE DAY for the past 460+ days" and noted, "it's easy to get caught up in the moment without fully weighing the possible ramifications".

Breaking Bad star, Aaron Paul, called Logan "pure trash" before telling him to "go rot in hell". You don't deserve the success (views) you have.

Paul has now posted a second apology in video form on Twitter, saying he is "so sorry" for the incident.

"I can't believe that so many young people look up to you".

YouTube star Logan Paul went a little too far to entertain his viewers. "I did it because I thought I could make a positive ripple on the internet, not cause a monsoon of negativity. I meant to raise awareness for suicide and suicide prevention".
