"The President's throat was dry, nothing more than that", Sanders said, criticizing questions about the incident a day earlier as "ridiculous". "There's nothing to it", Raj Shah, White House spokesman told NBC News and other reporters.

Trump released some details about his health ahead of last year's election in response to pressure after his personal physician had declared he would be the "healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency".

"I knew he had a screw loose, we didn't know he had a tooth loose", Corden said on "The Late Late Show" on CBS.

"I say forget the Mueller investigation, bring on the molar investigation".

Near the end of his speech on Wednesday the president started breathing heavily and when he concluded with "God bless the United States" the word "States" sounded like "Shtates".

President Donald Trump's speech seemed thick and slurry during his speech about Jerusalem on Wednesday, causing some to question whether his dentures were slipping.

Watch Noah's bit above and Trump's Jerusalem speech below.

As disturbing as the announcement had been, "it was even more disturbing to watch the conflict between Donald Trump's teeth and his tongue", Noah began. But the pronunciation of those words appeared to slur.

Noah also went on to indicate that Trump must have been having trouble with his dentures and called for a "molar investigation".

Noah speculated Trump was wearing dentures. "At this point, I wouldn't be shocked to find out he is the dude from 'Men in Black, '" Noah said jokingly.

Noah then suggested that people NOT start using the hashtag #DentureDonald. After all, the president and his team must have crafted the speech and made the decision about Jerusalem knowing that they would be heavily criticized for it. "I am really looking forward to this January 30".
