LaVar Ball pulls son LiAngelo Ball out of UCLA

Ball, the middle Ball brother, did not play a single game in college after being suspended from the team - along with teammates Cody Riley and Jalen Hill. This after LaVar pulled 16-year-old LaMelo from high school earlier this fall so he could focus on professional aspirations as well.

Ball told ESPN he hasn't decided where LiAngelo will play this season.

Although the school has said only that the suspensions are indefinite, the "Access Hollywood" interview mentioned the period was for two to three months.

Although Lavar Ball did not have much to say about Trump's role in the situation, LiAngelo and the two other players did.

"I'm not for sure on (what adjustments need to be made) because we've played eight games to date without 'Gelo". Ball minimized Trump's involvement in winning the players' release and Trump tweeted in response that he should have left the players in China in jail.

"It was terrible", he said.

Well, that didn't take long. "It's just you and all the officers, and they don't speak English".

"LiAngelo has been, since coming back (from China), he's been tremendous", Alford said during media availability on Tuesday.

"We respect the decision he and his family have made, and we wish him all the best in the future", Alford said in the statement. The three players were detained in Hangzhou following allegations of shoplifting last week before an NCAA college basketball game against Georgia Tech in Shanghai. In usual Trump fashion, he took to Twitter once again to accept their apology, telling them to "give a big thank you to President Xi Jinping". "We're getting better. That's what I'm most proud of with that group of young men; we've traveled a lot and had our share of distractions over the past five weeks". We apologized. But it's a long process for him. Arturs Stalbergs, head coach of the Lithuanian basketball team KK Lietkabelis Panevezys, offered a job for the Balls, although it likely wasn't one LaVar had in mind.

Alford said he and his staff were communicating with the players via text messages and calls, mostly to see if they are attending classes. His brash behavior, disproportionate sense of self and overall attitude toward authority disgusts me, and pulling his son out of school takes the cake.

"We left thinking we'd just get away". "I didn't realize til I got back to my hotel, I'm like, 'That was stupid.' But by the end, it was too late". Ball was one of the three UCLA basketball players who were caught stealing at a Louis Vuitton store among others in China. The men's exchanges escalated from there, with Trump calling Ball "an ungrateful fool".

LaVar told "Access Hollywood" he sent Trump three pair of Big Baller shoes in red, white and blue.
