Seahawks RB Chris Carson suffers 'significant' ankle injury, carted off the field

Seattle's Justin Coleman, playing nickel back after Jeremy Lane left in the first quarter due to a hip injury, took his first career interception to the end zone on the Colts' first drive of the second quarter to put the Seahawks up 10-2.

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, team doctors believe Carson suffered a broken ankle.

The Seattle Seahawks posted a much-needed win over the Indianapolis Colts Sunday night, but the cost was significant in terms of injuries.

"We do both got the dreadlocks", McKissic said. "They made a lot of good adjustments - that's a good football team, so hats off to them", Indianapolis cornerback Rashaan Melvin said.

"It kind of snowballed on us and got out of hand", safety Darius Butler said. "We have to learn how to find a way to finish". Eddie Lacy had 11 carries for 52 yards, and Chris Carson had 12 carries for 42 yards before leaving with an ugly injury.
