Blac Chyna Wins Restraining Order Against Rob Kardashian

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna

Blac Chyna has been granted a temporary restraining order against Rob Kardashian in response to the reality television star's posting of explicit images of his ex-fiancee on social media last week.

Blac Chyna is not anxious about Rob Kardashian being around their daughter.

Last week, though, Kardashian crossed a line when he posted several pornographic videos on Instagram of Blac Chyna as retaliation for her alleged cheating.

She also said Rob's posting revenge porn of her and talking about her surgeries "devastated" her.

Chyna's courtroom victory came after she claimed in court documents obtained by Page Six that Rob became violent with her in the spring.

Now, more on Blac Chyna's day in court ...

The Kardashians haven't publicly acknowledged Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna's ongoing legal woes, but they do have something to say.

Chyna only spoke briefly outside the court, telling reporters, "I would like to first and foremost thank the judge for granting me this restraining order". "Ask Chyna. [Will she stay with Rob?] I honestly don't know". She also mentioned that she blocked her ex-fiancé as an attempt to avoid him at all costs, along with changing her phone number numerous times.

"How could somebody, like, post these pictures of me?"

She told ABC News that she still wants to co-parent her daughter with Kardashian.

Rob Kardashian is the son of the late Robert Kardashian, who was a part of the dream team that got O.J. Simpson acquitted for the murder of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson. This time, she is recalling the abusive instances within their failed relationship, and even said that he threatened to commit suicide while they were together.

The couple are going to split the custody of their daughter and the restraining order will be reviewed at their next hearing in August. "I was just having a baby with the person that I care about".

Adding about her next plans on taking legal action against the father of her child, Chyna's lawyer Lisa Bloom said, "Mr Kardashian, you are now on notice: revenge porn is illegal".
