"You know I don't talk about my love life, Ryan", she shyly replied, "I'm really red".

The singer, 30, spoke out Tuesday after people criticized her for wearing a stomach-baring bodysuit during the halftime show, explaining on Instagram that she's "proud of her body". On that alone, it sure seems like they may be a happy couple, though neither have spoken about it directly.

Carino also previously dated actress Lauren Cohan of "The Walking Dead". So, yeah, he can probably handle all of the media attention with Gaga.
