Innovative Cloud Lead Management System to Be Released by Voiptime

New lead management system will enable sales agents to store all leads in one database.

September 7, 2016 — Voiptime, software developer and hardware consultant with 7 years of experience in content development and maintenance, announced an upcoming release of the new online Lead Management System.

The Voiptime Cloud LMS is aimed to help businesses, especially those, working with sales by phone, to boost productivity by organizing and managing leads, storing communication history and enabling to call customers more effectively.

According to prior research, conducted by the company, Voiptime Cloud Lead Management may help to increase business revenue by 60%.

Organizing Leads

New lead management system will enable sales agents to store all leads in one database. By synchronizing with the e-mail Voiptime Cloud LMS will collect contacts and e-mail communication history and will add it to the system; the solution will also be able to upload leads automatically from websites and vendors.

The Voiptime LMS will allow attaching relevant files (commercial offers, contracts) to client cards, to store all documents accurately and safely.

The solution will have call routing and recording in case sales agent needs to check important details, mentioned in the conversation.

The system will allow buying a SIP-number to reduce call costs.

Managing communication with clients

Accessible 24/7 from any place with the internet access, the system will feature two interfaces: for Sales Managers and for Sales Agents. Head of Sales will be able to track lead statuses, assign new leads to staff members and monitor communication process. Information about all clients may be shared within sales team and passed easily from one Sales Agent to another.

Setting up callbacks and notifications at the calendar, accessible to individual user or a group, will help Sales Agents to work more efficiently and to close more deals, bringing higher revenue to the company.

The solution will be easy to use and set, though it will feature an open API for developers, if more advanced integration is needed.

Voiptime Cloud Business Lead Management System will be released in the end of September. For more details please visit https://voiptimecloud.com/lead-management-system
